Roman Sledziejowski is an American businessman of Polish origin, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of Savant Strategies, an international management consulting firm.

He launched his professional journey in New York City at Salomon Smith Barney, a member of the Travelers Group, at just 17 years old, working part-time for the investment bank during his final year of high school. After graduating as the class valedictorian, he enrolled at Columbia University to study Economics. During his high school years, he captained the varsity soccer team as a striker and earned the title of most valuable player (MVP) for three consecutive years. Additionally, he participated in the varsity track and field team, competing in various events across New York State.

At 18, he made history as the youngest licensed stock broker by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in the United States and began working full-time as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, a member of Citigroup.
